MYOPL Payment Terms and Conditions for Digital Subscriptions and Gift Certificates

These Payment Terms describes our policies on the collection, use, and processing of your payments and Gift Certificates on MYOPL (collectively, “MYOPL”). The terms “we”, “us”, and “MYOPL” refer to: (i) InPage LLC., a Delaware company with its headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

When you use MYOPL, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy. We may translate this Privacy Policy into other languages for your convenience. Nevertheless, any inconsistencies among the different versions will be resolved in favor of the English version available here.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By purchasing a digital subscription through MYOPL, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due, including any applicable taxes and fees. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to our terms, our cancellation fee policy and the applicable state-specific provisions.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept major credit and debit cards, including MYOPL Gift Certificates. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. If your payment method is declined or fails, we may suspend or terminate access to your subscription until payment is successfully processed.

SUBSCRIPTION BILLING

Digital subscriptions are billed annually. If you purchase an auto-recurring periodic subscription from us, you authorize us to bill your payment instrument immediately, and then again at the beginning of each subscription period, until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by law. All plans and products automatically renew approximately 15 days prior to the expiration date. When you purchase a subscription, you will initially be charged at the rate applicable at the time of your agreement to subscribe. If the price of the subscription increases later, we will notify you. The increase will apply to the next payment due from you after the notice, provided that you have been given prior notice as required by law, and in no case less than 10 days prior notice before the change is made.

If a free trial period is offered and you do not cancel during the free trial period, and if you have given any consents if required by law, you will be billed at the end of the free trial period and at the beginning of each subsequent subscription period. To avoid any charges, you must cancel before the end of the trial period.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

MYOPL Gift Certificates are vouchers redeemable toward the purchase of digital subscriptions. Gift Certificates may be marketed and sold through MYOPL websites, mobile apps, and authorized partner platforms. Gift Certificates are subject to pricing and promotional restrictions and may only be redeemed online at MYOPL.net.

• Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
• Lost or stolen Gift Card codes cannot be replaced. Please store your codes securely.
• Gift Certificate sales are final. If your purchase exceeds the value of your Gift Certificate, you must provide an additional payment method for the remaining balance.
• No more than $50 in Gift Certificates may be redeemed per day, and no more than $50 per calendar year.
• MYOPL reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Gift Certificate program at any time, including contracting with third parties for administration.
• We may deactivate, cancel, or suspend any Gift Certificate if we suspect fraud, unauthorized use, or unlawful activity. Gift Certificates obtained from unauthorized sellers or resellers—including internet auction sites—are not valid and will not be honored.

REFUNDS AND DISPUTES

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. If you believe you were charged in error, contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside our stated policy.

TAXES

You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or other taxes associated with your purchase. We may collect and remit taxes as required by law.

CHANGES TO PAYMENT TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Payment Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

CANCELLATION FEE

If you choose to cancel your annual subscription after payment has been processed but before the end of the billing cycle, we reserve the right to charge a non-refundable cancellation fee. This fee is intended to cover administrative and merchant service costs, including but not limited to credit card processing fees, payment gateway charges, and account servicing expenses. The cancellation fee will not exceed $25 or 10% of the subscription cost, whichever is lower, unless otherwise required by law.

FOREIGN EXCHANGE

If your transaction requires a currency exchange, we will use the most recent foreign exchange rates as sourced by our payment processing vendor.
