Understand a Club Request

Before you begin
This article applies to the Add Club request in MYOPL Messenger. It is not a status page for an existing Club.
On iPhone, iPad, Android, macOS, and Windows
- Complete Add Club.
- Select Save.
- Wait for the confirmation that the request was submitted.
- Return to Clubs > Browse later and search by name or location.
On the web
- Complete Add Club.
- Select Submit Request.
- Wait for the submission confirmation.
- Return to Clubs > Browse later and search for the Club.
Expected result
The form sends the supplied information to MYOPL administrators for review. It does not create a private pending Club, publish a live Club, or add a Club to My Clubs.
If an administrator later creates the Club profile, it becomes discoverable through Browse. You must still join it before it appears in My Clubs.
What you will not see
- A pending Club profile in your account.
- A review progress indicator.
- An approval notification or fixed review time that this Help Center can promise.
If you cannot find the Club
- Search by part of its name, city, state, or address.
- Clear the search and check more Browse pages.
- Check My Clubs in case you already joined it.
- Contact MYOPL Support if the request remains unresolved. Include the Club name and location instead of sending repeated requests.
