Understand Club Edit Review

Before you begin
This article concerns Suggest an edit on an existing profile. New Club and Court forms are separate administrative requests, and claims follow their own rules.
On iPhone, iPad, Android, macOS, and Windows
- Open the joined Club, Court, or OPL conversation.
- Open its information panel.
- Select Suggest an edit.
- Change only the information that needs correction.
- Select Submit and wait for the confirmation.
On the web
- Open the existing entity's information or management page.
- Open the edit action available to your account.
- Submit the corrected information.
For a Court on browser Messenger, use the joined conversation information panel rather than the Court Browse preview.
Expected result
An edit made by a MYOPL site administrator can apply immediately. Other edits, including edits from a Club official or OPL creator, are staged for administrative review. The live profile stays unchanged until the correction is applied.
What you will see
MYOPL shows a one-time submission confirmation. It does not show a persistent pending-changes list, an approval estimate, or a guaranteed notification when the review finishes.
If the edit has not appeared
- Reopen the live profile to confirm whether the change was applied.
- Do not submit the same correction repeatedly.
- If the live information creates an immediate safety or access problem, contact MYOPL Support with the entity name and the field that is incorrect.
