Leave or Troubleshoot an OPL

Before you begin
These steps apply to ordinary OPL conversations. A regional rating record is not a conversation and cannot be joined or left in the same way.
Leave on iPhone, iPad, and Android
- Open OPL’s > My OPL’s.
- Open the OPL menu or OPL Info.
- Select Leave.
- Review Leave this OPL? and confirm.
Leave on macOS and Windows
- Select OPL’s > My OPL’s.
- Select the OPL and open its menu or information panel.
- Select Leave and confirm.
Leave on the web
- Open My OPL’s.
- Open the ordinary OPL menu or information panel.
- Select Leave and confirm.
Expected result
The conversation leaves My OPL’s. A joinable OPL can appear in Browse again so you can rejoin later. Leaving does not remove earlier messages or confirmed match history from MYOPL.
Troubleshooting
The OPL is missing from Browse
Check My OPL’s and Archived. Joined ordinary OPLs are excluded from Browse. Regional rating records are also excluded.
Add Open Play League is missing
Open a joined Court or Club chat, select its name/header, and find OPL’S - OPEN PLAY LEAGUES. Do not look for this action in the OPL Browse menu.
A submitted OPL did not appear
Messenger submits a request only. It does not create a pending OPL record, publish the OPL immediately, or provide an approval estimate.
Request to Join did not wait for approval
Current join-setting enforcement is inconsistent. Do not assume that a pending membership was created. Contact the organizer if access was unexpected.
A future Event is missing
Ordinary members may see only Events active today in OPL Info. Ask the organizer to confirm the future schedule.
Who's Going is missing
Named Who's Going is an organizer Event action. Members can review the Going, Maybe, and No counts shown on an available Event card.
New Game cannot be saved
Select all required players, choose a linked location when offered, and enter scores accepted by the released pickleball validator. A Club or OPL without a linked Court/location may not save correctly.
A saved match has not affected results
The submitter and at least one other participant must confirm the match card before persistence and rating processing.
