Understand Regional OPL Ratings

Before you begin

Regional rating records and ordinary OPLs appear in the OPL area, but they have different purposes.

iPhone, iPad, and Android

1. Tap OPL’s.
2. Look for Your OPL Ratings by region.
3. Select a regional entry to review the rating information available for that area.
4. Use My OPL’s when you want an ordinary OPL chat or its Events.

macOS and Windows

1. Select OPL’s from the side navigation.
2. Review Your OPL Ratings by region separately from the ordinary OPL conversation list.
3. Select My OPL’s to return to joined OPL chats.

Web

1. Open the OPL area in Messenger.
2. Use the regional rating section for geographic rating information.
3. Use My OPL’s for ordinary joined OPL conversations.

Expected result

A regional record shows rating information for a region. It does not create a conversation, show an ordinary OPL membership list, or appear in OPL Browse.

Matches recorded in an ordinary OPL can contribute through their location and OPL association, but the regional entry remains a rating view rather than the original OPL chat.

If an entry will not open as a chat

• Check whether it is under Your OPL Ratings by region. That behavior is expected for a regional record.
• Open My OPL’s and select the named ordinary OPL if you need messages or Events.
• If the ordinary OPL is missing, clear the search, check Archived, or use Browse to find it.
